Job summary

Vividly, a fully remote startup serving the consumer packaged goods sector, seeks a Solutions Engineer to translate complex customer challenges into compelling Vividly solutions. You will learn our product rapidly, ask thoughtful questions, and connect workflows across Sales, Finance, and IT to drive trust and win new logos.

You will own discovery, tailor demos, and craft future-state workflows across trade planning, deductions, accruals, and forecasting, partnering with Sales and Solution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing solution role, with CPG industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience solving complex business, commercial, or financial workflows, with Trade Promotion Management experience considered a plus.
• Experience discovering and solving complex business and financial workflows, with exposure to revenue, accounting, forecasting, payments, or financial reporting. CPG trade experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story rather than just walking through features.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and solution discovery with Account Executives to understand customer workflows and outcomes.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Vividly capabilities to real customer problems and outcomes.
• Understand and solution across trade planning, deductions, accruals, forecasting, reporting, profitability, and related CPG workflows.
• Translate complex customer processes into clear future-state workflows within Vividly.
• Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and leadership.
• Identify implementation dependencies, risks, and customer readiness before Closed Won.
• Partner with Solution Architecture on complex opportunities and provide structured handoffs after Closed Won.
• Stay current on Vividly capabilities, integrations, and relevant CPG industry trends.
