Job summary

Vividly, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate complex CPG challenges into compelling Vividly solutions. You’ll partner with Account Executives to understand trade promotions, deductions, forecasting, and finance workflows, and deliver tailored demonstrations across ERP-enabled environments.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes discovery, storytelling, and a structured handoff to implementation, enabling fast, customer-focused value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS/CPG context.
• Experience solving complex business and financial workflows including trade promotions.
• Ability to understand ERP/data environments and communicate solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Account Execs to map customer workflows and priorities.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations linking capabilities to real business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and IT to validate fit and dependencies.
• Provide structured handoffs to Implementation and Customer Success teams.
