Job summary

Vividly, Inc. is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to bridge solution architecture and integration engineering.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable integration designs and be hands-on in implementing integrations with ERP systems, banks, and APIs. You will develop expertise in CPG accounting workflows and collaborate with Solution Architecture, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to deliver repeatable, scalable integrations while supporting ongoing live

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing or developing technical solutions for client adoption.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, requests/responses, pagination, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding relational databases, data models, and data transformation.
• Familiar with JSON, API payloads, field mappings, and transformation logic.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms and ERP integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between Vividly and ERP systems, banks, APIs, and other systems using Workato and other tools.
• Translate business workflows into scalable integration designs with Solution Architecture.
• Lead technical discovery around ERP capabilities, APIs, authentication, and data availability.
• Consult with customers on architecture, data flows, and integration best practices.
• Define mappings, transformations, and cadence for approved workflows.
• Own the integration workstream from design to deployment and handoff.
• Create technical docs and blueprints for cross-team understanding.
• Develop expertise across ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, and Dynamics 365.
