Job summary

Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm serving consumer brands with data-backed strategies to drive measurable outcomes. You will own a portfolio of CPG accounts, diagnose growth constraints, and craft unified, data-driven strategies impacting DTC, retail, and Amazon performance.

You will lead senior client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and use Iris, Nova, and Pulse tools to optimize campaigns and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CPG marketing, ideally with DTC and retail brand experience.
• Familiar with Amazon: share of search, ASIN architecture, buy box, sponsored vs. organic balance.
• Knowledge of retailer relationships (Target, Ulta, Sephora, Whole Foods) shaping media investments.
• Opinion on CPG measurement: MMM and incrementality testing; in-store vs. digital attribution.
• Upper-funnel channel strategy: content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic.
• Experience retaining and growing senior client accounts; leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4-6 CPG accounts, focusing on diagnosis of growth constraints and strategic solutions.
• Coordinate AI-driven processes across paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams.
• Manage 1–2 direct reports; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Build multi-layer client relationships to mitigate risk of single contacts leaving.
