Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in deductions or accounts receivable.
• Comfortable with retailer documentation and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Process-oriented with a keen eye for patterns.

Responsibilities

• Configure dispute workflows with implementation team.
• Act as dispute-resolution expert for customer success.
• Surface customer patterns in disputes for product development.
