Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product, consulting, or finance roles.
• Able to articulate automated solutioning for complex processes.
• Excited to become a subject matter expert in CPG.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal processes for the disputes team.
• Engage with customers to understand their workflows and needs.
• Support customers in getting value out of the product.
• Bridge the gap between customer experience and product function.
• Conduct ongoing research into industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Product Lead on feature scoping.
