Job summary

Confido in New York is hiring a CPG Disputes Specialist responsible for the deduction and dispute resolution processes for our customers. You will work closely with customer data to investigate and resolve disputes, ensuring efficient workflows during onboarding and contributing valuable feedback to product development.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a related operations role, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented mindset. The role is based in our NYC headquarters with numerous benefits, including equity and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in deductions, trade promotion finance, or a similar operations role.
• Comfortable with documentation and reconciling discrepancies.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure dispute workflows during customer onboarding.
• Act as dispute-resolution expert in customer relationships.
• Surface patterns across customers' disputes to Product.
