Confido Health is hiring a CPG Disputes Specialist to enhance the dispute resolution process for our customers. The role involves working closely with customer data to resolve deductions and train teams on the Confido platform.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in related fields, strong communication skills, and is comfortable working onsite in NYC. Benefits include equity, unlimited PTO, and fully paid health plans.
Confido is the AI infrastructure powering CPG brands from deduction to production plan. We unify cash application, deductions, disputes, trade promotion management, forecasting, demand planning, and analytics in one integrated platform. The result: measurable time savings, smarter top- and bottom-line decisions, and the speed to scale.
Confido is trusted by 200+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue, including OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, Tropicana, and more.
We’ve achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork Ventures and Y Combinator to accelerate our momentum.
We're hiring a CPG Disputes Specialist to own the deduction and dispute resolution experience for our customers. Disputes sit at the center of what Confido automates for CPG brands, and this role is the connective tissue between our Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams — making sure customers actually resolve disputes faster and more accurately on our platform, not just process them.
You’ll work hands‑on with customer data to investigate and resolve deduction disputes, help new customers get their dispute workflows configured correctly during onboarding, and be the expert voice that tells Product where the platform’s dispute logic needs to evolve.
