Job summary

C.A. Fortune, a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency, is seeking a Deductions Specialist in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a salary range of $45,000 to $48,000 based on experience and skills.

You will support clients with deduction inquiries, manage documentation, and process credits to resolve issues. Ideal candidates are organized, detail oriented, and can communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Prior CPG deductions experience is required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and sales department to resolve deduction inquiries.
• Gather documentation, investigate, and analyze to validate deductions.
• Maintain data to follow up and track deductions.
• Process credits to offset resolved deductions.
• Work in web-based trade management systems for contracted customers.
