Job summary

US Expediters, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to drive revenue by guiding customers toward CPAP solutions, combining consultative selling with product knowledge to help customers start and stay compliant with sleep therapy.

You will focus on understanding each customer’s lifestyle and goals to deliver personalized solutions, while converting opportunities, increasing order value, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening
• Confident in consultative selling and handling objections
• Ability to simplify complex information for customers
• Experience with CRM and contact center platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across inbound and outbound customer interactions by identifying needs and recommending CPAP equipment and accessories
• Convert leads into customers by guiding them through the purchasing process and overcoming objections in real time
• Increase average order value through bundling, upgrades, and product education
• Build trust with customers by simplifying complex information and delivering solutions with confidence and empathy
• Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts, and prior inquiries to recover revenue opportunities
• Accurately process orders, ensuring compliance with all medical and regulatory requirements
• Document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems for follow-up and reporting
• Maintain strong product knowledge on CPAP equipment, masks, accessories, and industry trends
• Support team success through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing
