Job summary

Lincare seeks a remote Education and Coaching Specialist to train RTs/SETs and provide clinical outreach to patients with CPAP/Bilevel devices. You’ll assess compliance, explain benefits, and escalate to clinical staff as needed while maintaining open lines of communication with healthcare teams.

Role focuses on high-quality customer service, accurate device education, and ongoing follow-up to ensure continuity of care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and human relations to interface with patients, doctors, and referral sources.
• Must be computer literate.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training of all RTs/SETs.
• Provides coaching/clinical outreach to patients via dialer as assigned.
• Identifies care escalations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Follows policies, procedures and standards to ensure quality service.
• Coaches customers on products, assesses compliance, explains benefits, escalates to clinical staff as needed.
• Maintains continuity of care through open communication with internal and external teams.
• Provides required customer follow-up.
• Reviews PAP device clinical testing/results to ensure standard of care.
