Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Sleep Coach to deliver exceptional customer service and CPAP product information. You will coach patients on therapy usage, address adherence barriers, and provide tools to improve outcomes.

The role includes inbound/outbound calls, reviewing usage data with manufacturer software, and guiding patients on insurance requirements and future resupply. This is a remote US-wide position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of CPAP therapy and patient education preferred.
• Experience with health insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive patient outreach for the first year of CPAP therapy.
• Coach and educate CPAP patients, troubleshoot equipment issues, and improve adherence.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Use patient data to guide conversations and measure adherence outcomes.
