Paychex in Salt Lake City is seeking an energetic early-career sales professional to drive new logos through referral partners and outbound outreach. You will cultivate relationships with CPAs and small business owners to grow our client base.

You will own the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—managing a high-activity, fast-cycle environment with coaching to meet goals. This role offers uncapped earnings, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your career

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant sales/marketing role.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-pace sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
