Job summary

Paychex in Miami is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to drive new logos through referral partners and outbound outreach, selling payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions to small businesses.

You will build relationships with CPAs and clients, manage a fast-paced cycle, and own the full sales process from prospecting to close, with uncapped earning potential and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Comfort working in high-activity, fast cycles and transactional deals.
• Resilience, drive, and competitive motivation.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Leadership experience in work, school, nonprofits, clubs, or similar groups.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
