The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality, coworking, sales, or operations and a Bachelor's degree. Onsite in San Francisco, you will lead the team, drive occupancy, manage events and budgets, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college education.
• 3-5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, sales, operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business operations.
• Previous team management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambassadors and hospitality staff in daily community operations.
• Conduct tours and drive occupancy through sales activities.
• Manage onboarding, move-in/out, and member policies and procedures.
• Develop member experiences and hospitality initiatives.
• Plan and manage community events and budgets.
