Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support the studio experience. You will help run daily operations, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to meet growth goals while learning the business fundamentals of a busy yoga studio.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, member engagement, inventory management, and coordinating teaching schedules with a minimum of 6 classes per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism required.
• Experience in Customer Service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, POS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga values and foster community.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving goals including memberships, retail, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain flexible schedule 18–29 hours per week in studio.
• Run studio operations in Studio Manager's absence, up to 20 hours per week.
• Assist with studio supply inventory, cleanliness, towels and programming materials.
• Engage with studio community, greet members, and support front desk duties.
• Assist in teaching schedule coordination and SET processes.
• Support teaching teams with POS & class duties.
