Job summary

Reem Acra, a legendary luxury Bridal and RTW designer, seeks a Couture Client Coordinator to support the Designer/CEO and VIP clients. The role focuses on coordinating client communications, fittings, and sample management with the production and sales teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information while ensuring a seamless couture experience for multiple clients and priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in luxury Bridal, RTW, couture, or related fashion role.
• Foundational understanding of couture processes and production techniques.
• Strong communication and discretion when handling confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Support Designer/CEO during couture and VIP client appointments by taking detailed notes on design direction and timelines.
• Prepare client info, samples, fabrics, embroideries for appointments.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, appointment notes, orders, and correspondence.
• Assist with client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up under Designer guidance.
• Coordinate with Sales Team on client info, samples, showroom prep, and follow-ups.
• Create and update client presentations and materials for couture clients.
• Assist with organizing couture and VIP events.
• Provide polished, confidential client experience at all times.
• Support Production Manager with coordinating orders from initial appointment to delivery.
• Track fittings, deadlines and notes; communicate with Designer and Production Manager.
• Follow up on open items and help resolve timing or production issues.
