Job summary

Coushatta is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to assist guests with the membership process and explain membership benefits on site. This role supports the Player's Club and requires compliance with Title 31 and Louisiana Responsible Vendor regulations.

Strong communication and organizational skills, plus familiarity with computers, printers and card punch machines, are essential. The position is based at Coushatta in Louisiana and offers on-site duties.

Job description

Responsible for promoting the success of the Player's Club, by assisting guests through the membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) or equivalent experience. One to two years of guest relations experience preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must obtain and maintain Title 31 certification. Must obtain and maintain Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be familiar with, and able to operate computers, printers, and card punch machines.
