Job summary

Coushatta Casino Resort RV Park is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests calling the toll-free line with information and requests. You will handle reservations, answer questions, and ensure courteous service at all times.

You will enter reservation details into the computer system, post charges to guest accounts, and process payments while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, remaining polite to the guests at all times.
