Job summary

The Mohave County Courts and Probation seeks an experienced customer service technician to support courtroom technology, including audio/visual tools and conferencing systems. You will assist judicial staff, attorneys, and jurors with presentation technology and resolve issues during court proceedings.

The role involves daily equipment checks and, when needed, assisting with in-person jury operations and connecting participants remotely under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a support role.
• High School diploma or GED, or an Associate's degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with courtroom and presentation technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for audio/visual and video conferencing in assigned courtrooms.
• Perform daily checks and verify functionality of courtroom equipment.
• Assist jurors, attorneys, and staff with technology during court proceedings.
• Support in-person jury operations as needed.
