Job summary

Mohave County Courts and Probation is seeking a customer service oriented technician to support courtroom audio/visual and presentation technology. You will assist judicial staff with Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, Kramer, Crestron, Case Center, Biamp, and Extron systems across assigned courtrooms.

The role requires the ability to troubleshoot live systems, support in-person jury operations, and coordinate with attorneys and jurors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 2 years of customer service experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree in computer support or MIS plus 1 year of customer service experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support to judicial staff for audio/visual and presentation systems.
• Assist in connecting to and resolving issues with Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, and digital evidence tools.
• Perform daily checks and verify room functionalities for courtroom and jury areas.
• May assist in person jury operations and manage virtual participants as needed.
