Zusammenfassung

The Idaho Administrative Office of the Courts in Boise seeks an IT Audio and Visual Technician to support courtroom AV hardware and software on site, including deskside help desk tickets, new installs, and remodeling projects.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of IT and A/V support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11.

Aufgaben

• Support all Audio and Visual hardware and software for courtrooms.
• Handle help desk tickets, new courtroom installs, remodeling of courtrooms.
• Travel statewide to install and service equipment.
• Maintain inventory and serialized asset records.
• Coordinate training for in-court clerks, Judges, and Assistants.
• Install, configure, and maintain courtroom software.
• Collaborate with IT staff on hardware testing and deployments.
• Attend meetings as required.
