The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking Trial Technology professionals to support our Visual Communications practice and growth. You will manage courtroom presentations, demonstratives, exhibits, and multimedia evidence, working alongside attorneys and experts to ensure accurate delivery.

You will configure, test, and troubleshoot courtroom and remote platforms, providing real-time support and handling exhibit retrieval and last-minute requests while traveling across the United States as required

Formación

• Experience supporting trials, arbitrations, hearings, or depositions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to present exhibits and digital evidence effectively in court.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary trial technology consultant and operator for exhibits and video testimony.
• Prepare, organize, and quality-check trial presentation databases and materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and teams to ensure presentations support case strategy.
• Configure and troubleshoot courtroom and remote presentation systems and AV equipment.
• Provide real-time courtroom support and manage exhibit retrieval and last-minute requests.
• Travel throughout the United States as needed for active trial engagements.
