Zusammenfassung

The Courtroom Technician role at the State of Maine Judicial Branch supports desktop and laptop devices, audiovisual gear, and remote hearings across Maine courthouses. You will diagnose tier-1 issues, assist with help desk tickets, and assist with technology training for staff and court participants.

Occasional travel statewide is required; most duties occur at the home base courthouse with regional travel as needed. Training is provided by senior staff and managers.

Qualifikationen

Associate degree or technology certs preferred and will be considered.
Experience supporting videoconferencing and audiovisual equipment preferred.
Ability to diagnose and fix tier 1 computer issues.

Install and repair courtroom hardware and audiovisual equipment.
Assist with remote hearings and prepare equipment for meetings.
