Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain A/V and courtroom tech systems.
• Provide user training and documentation for court staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and judges on A/V, data, and voice systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems including hardware issues.
• Assist in control system programming for AMX and Crestron platforms.
• Coordinate warranty work and equipment maintenance.
