Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged, aiming for at least five items per bag.
• Following best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves and returning shopping carts to designated areas.
• Cleaning spills, collecting trash inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Monitoring safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Maintaining equipment and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $15.35 per hour.
