Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Managing shopping carts and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and conducting price checks.
• Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Supporting a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with inquiries.
• Following all legal and company guidelines, and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Providing support to customers with special needs, minors, and older adults.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
