Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully.
• Striving to bag at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for different types of bags.
• Assisting customers with unloading and loading groceries.
• Performing shelf conditioning and informing customers about specials.
• Restocking shelves and collecting shopping carts.
• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout knowledge.
• Following safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Reporting unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Providing excellent customer service, making customers feel welcome and valued.
• Adhering to all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicts appropriately.
• Acting with honesty and integrity, especially regarding customer and business information.
• Supporting and assisting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
