Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and using various types of bags.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Gathering and returning shopping carts, cleaning spills, trash, and store areas.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Adhering to safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Creating a welcoming environment and assisting customers with questions.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
