Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
6. Inform customers of grocery specials.
7. Return merchandise to shelves and gather shopping carts.
8. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
9. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
10. Conduct price checks and reinforce safety procedures.
11. Follow all food safety regulations and perform equipment inspections.
12. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with inquiries.
13. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
14. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
15. Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business information.
16. Support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
