SP+ in Colorado is hiring a Parking Attendant in Aurora. The role involves vehicle inspections, maintaining bus cleanliness, logging trips, and assisting customers. A valid state driver’s license and a DOT Medical Card are required; weekend/3rd shift availability may be needed.

The position pays $20.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401k and paid time off. Applicants should be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or minimal related experience.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Card) is required.
• Availability to Work: May require 3rd shift and/or weekends.
• Language Skills: Able to read, write, and present information clearly.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic for handling money.
• Appearance: Neat, in uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, logging trip counts and assisting disabled passengers.
• Maintain cleanliness of buses and equipment.
• Direct customers to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards or policy violations.
• Assist facility operations and other duties as needed.
