Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a front-line associate in Aurora, Colorado to support safe, fuel-efficient bus and customer services in a high-traffic parking facility. You will assist customers, perform inspections, and maintain uniform compliance, while upholding safety and reliability standards.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, DOT Medical Card, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends. Training provided; competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month related experience.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work special shifts; 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions; write simple notes and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and assist passengers.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and ready for duties.
• Carry a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards or policy violations to management.
• Assist with debris and spills and coordinate with garage staff.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and local streets.
