Responsibilities

• Operate the shuttle defensively and follow all airport rules.
• Assure passenger safety during boarding, riding, and exiting.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle concerns.
• Communicate clearly with Dispatch and follow shift rotations.
• Provide directions and timing updates in English, professionally.
• Load/unload luggage safely and assist guests during departures.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and complete end-of-shift handoff steps.
