Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Milwaukee is hiring a Parking Attendant to inspect vehicles, assist customers, and support the facility team. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work 3rd shift and weekends, and a DOT Medical Card.

You will perform duties across the garage, maintain a neat appearance, handle cash, log trip counts, and help guests with luggage or shuttle duties as needed. SP Plus offers benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language Skills: Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic money math and counting.
• Appearance: Neat, clean appearance; uniform on duty.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds; regular manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and log trip counts.
• Be punctual and in uniform for scheduled shifts.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain DMV record.
• Assist Customers or direct to Facility Manager as needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with luggage and shuttle duties if applicable.
• Know garage layout and major streets to assist customers.
