Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Colorado Springs to support parking operations. The role requires a valid DOT Medical Card, a state driver’s license, and the ability to handle luggage and assist customers.

The schedule is full-time, with an evening shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am, and a $18.00 hourly rate plus a $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Responsibilities include inspections, safe vehicle operation, customer assistance, and uniform compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and cleaning, fuel buses, log trip counts, assist disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Maintain required DMV record and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist customers, direct them to management when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Assist with debris cleanup and garage communications.
• Know garage areas and local streets; assist with luggage when applicable.
• Act as substitute for cashiers or valets when needed.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties.
