Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Shuttle Driver in Colorado Springs. The role requires a valid DOT medical card and a state driver’s license, with a 3:30pm–12:00am Monday–Friday shift. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with a $500 bonus plan paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Availability for special shifts; may require 3rd shift and/or weekends.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Fuel buses and log trip counts.
• Assist disabled passengers and provide customer support.
• Ensure on-time attendance and wear proper uniform.
• Direct customers to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
