Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Team Leader based at Lincoln Crown Court to lead a frontline team delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to service users, the judiciary and management.

You will drive performance, manage attendance, and promote wellbeing, with hybrid working where possible. Standard hours are 37 per week, with part-time options considered.
