Job summary

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is seeking a Team Leader/Manager to oversee a local court team, ensuring delivery of business objectives and excellent administrative support to service users, judiciary and management at Lincoln County Court.

You will lead attendance, manage performance, and champion health, safety and security, working across Lincoln Magistrates’ Court and Boston Courthouse to deliver joined-up local services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver business objectives and high service standards.
• Oversee attendance, performance, and staff wellbeing to drive results.
• Coordinate with judicial and management staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage health and safety walkthroughs, risk assessments and compliance.
• Liaise with facilities and security teams on site-related matters and improvements.
• Provide timely reports and ensure effective accommodation/site oversight.
