Job summary

Clark County District Court is seeking a Court Services Division Manager to guide senior leadership and help advance the court's mission of delivering high-quality justice services with fairness and respect.

The role leads Judicial Operations, Public Service, Interpreter Program, and Therapeutic Courts, collaborates with judges and county agencies, and directs staff development and policy implementation to ensure efficient court services.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field with four+ years of criminal justice management/administration experience.
• Strong understanding of court and justice system environments, budgeting, leadership, and performance management.
• Experience in coordinating with judges and elected officials and overseeing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior management and support the Court Administrator in advancing the court's mission.
• Provide leadership for Judicial Operations, Public Service, Interpreter Program, and Therapeutic Courts.
• Recruitment and hiring of personnel; maintain relationships with judges and partner agencies.
