• Support Operations Manager(s) to meet operational needs and deliver performance objectives.
• Maintain positive relationships with the judiciary, supporting agencies, and user groups to provide a consistent, customer-focused service.
• Constructively manage complaints and complete corrective actions within set timescales.
• Understand Health and Safety, IT/Workstation compliance and escalate facilities issues as needed.
• Office-based role with potential non-contractual hybrid working; 37 hours per week, with part-time/flexible patterns considered.
