Job summary

Snohomish County Superior Court seeks an experienced, collaborative leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Judicial Services Support team at the main Everett campus. This in-person role coordinates programs, works with judicial officers, court staff, justice system partners, and the public to ensure accessible, respectful, and efficient court services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3 years of supervisory experience in the justice or legal system.
• 4 years of related work experience in the judicial or legal system and/or general management.
• Must pass job-related tests; comparable combinations of education, experience and training will be evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage administrative operations and program activities within the Superior Court Operations Division.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of subordinate employees and contract professionals; participate in hiring and discipline decisions.
