Job summary

Teller County's Department of Human Services seeks a Case Services Aide II – Ongoing to supervise court-ordered visitations and support family engagement in diverse settings. You will document visits, assist with transportation, and coordinate with caseworkers to maintain safety and bonding.

Requires a high school diploma and several years of public contact experience, including in a social service environment; some computer-based record-keeping is involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years public contact experience required, including 1 year in a social service setting.
• Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the listed knowledge and abilities may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise court-ordered visitations and coordinate scheduling with parents, foster parents, schools, and visitation room availability.
• Document observations and interactions after each visit.
• Assist with transportation of clients as needed and communicate with supervisors and caseworkers.
