Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a County Caseworker 1 or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree with a social welfare major or appropriate social sciences credits
• One year of professional social casework experience in a public or private social service agency or equivalent
• Equivalent combination of experience and training with social sciences credits

Responsibilities

• Develop visitation plans reflecting family needs and court requirements
• Meet with parents to gather input and strengthen visitation involvement
• Schedule coordination for visitation with staff and families
• Observe visits and provide feedback to improve parenting skills
• Record visit details and share updates with assigned caseworkers
• Analyze visitation data to assess progress and identify improvements
