Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Part-Time Supervised Visitation Monitor to oversee visits between parents and children and ensure they occur in a safe, structured environment.

You will support families involved in the child welfare system by helping maintain safe and meaningful family interactions, coordinating with county workers, and performing intake work. This position requires evenings and weekends and may involve driving clients as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Clear background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visits between children and parents or siblings.
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive visit environment.
• Coordinate with county workers and families to share updates.
• Provide transportation to authorized destinations using your vehicle.
• Provide case coverage and help maintain continuity of care.
• Complete thorough, organized intakes for new clients and families.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Support meaningful family connections by supervising visits between children and their parents or siblings
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every visit
• Collaborate with county workers, families, and community providers to help coordinate services and share important updates
• Provide reliable transportation to authorized destinations using your personal vehicle
• Step in to provide case coverage and help maintain continuity of care
• Welcome new clients and families by completing thorough, organized intakes
• Support the team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends
