Job summary

Pima County Superior Court seeks a Court Operations Analyst to strengthen court operations by supporting administration and management on essential projects. You will improve data quality through staff training, conduct research and analyses, and drive improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting for informed decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, criminal justice, social or behavioral science, or related field and some data-entry experience.
Experience collecting/entering quantitative and qualitative data into spreadsheets/databases or managing spreadsheets/databases.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a data governance model for court business rules and data quality.
Gather, organize, and analyze information on identified issues; document processes and perform cost/benefit analyses.
Prepare reports with findings, alternatives, and recommendations for new procedures or systems.
Compile and analyze statistical data; report trends and recommend improvements in case management.
Plan and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state rules and directives.
Design and lead research projects and surveys; perform statistical analyses and report results.
Assist in planning specialty court programs and develop data collection for specialty courts.
