Job summary

Pima County seeks a data-driven professional to bolster court operations by improving data quality and governance. You will train staff, conduct research, and perform analyses to support informed decision-making across the court environment.

The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, reporting, and collaboration with court management to drive efficiency and accuracy in essential processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, criminal justice, social or behavioral science, or a related field.
• Experience collecting and/or entering quantitative and qualitative data into spreadsheets/databases or managing spreadsheets/databases.
• Preference for candidates who completed the Court Leadership program or Leadership Institute.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a data governance model to ensure data quality and integrity across court processes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information; prepare reports on trends and recommendations.
• Design and lead research projects and surveys; perform statistical analyses and report results to court management.
• Analyze policies and practices and recommend efficiency improvements for court operations.
• Assist in planning specialty court programs and data collection for program evaluation.
• Produce quarterly and annual statistical and financial reports and monitor judicial caseloads.
