Job Description Summary Play a key role in strengthening court operations by providing direct support to court administration and management on essential projects. In this dynamic position, you will help elevate data quality through staff training, conduct meaningful research and analytical studies, and drive improvements in how critical information is collected, analyzed, and reported. Your expertise will support informed decision‑making and operational excellence across the court. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving public‑sector systems in a classified court environment.
Hiring Range: $53,872-$59,238.40
A bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, criminal justice, social or behavioral science, or a related field and some experience collecting and/or entering quantitative and qualitative data into spreadsheets and databases and/or managing spreadsheets or databases, OR four years of progressively responsible court experience in two or more court departments and some experience collecting and/or entering quantitative and qualitative data into spreadsheets and databases and/or managing spreadsheets or databases. Preference may be given to candidates who have attended the Court’s Leadership program or the Arizona Administrative Office of the Court’s Leadership Institute.
Once a candidate formally accepts a job offer with Superior Court, Juvenile Court, or Justice Court, all other active applications they may have submitted for different roles within these courts will be inactivated. This ensures clarity in our hiring process and allows us to focus on onboarding and supporting the candidate in their new role.
