Qualifications

• Experience collecting/entering quantitative and qualitative data into spreadsheets/databases or managing databases.
• Leadership Institute or Leadership program exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a data governance model to ensure data quality and compliance with rules and court processes.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information; prepare reports with findings, alternatives, and recommendations.
• Analyze statistical data and report trends to improve case management and processing.
• Plan, develop, and oversee training for court employees to maintain data integrity.
