Responsibilities

  • Docket entries in the Court's electronic filing system and notify chambers and staff of emergencies.
  • Prepare and distribute notices, judgments, and orders; respond to inquiries from judges, chambers staff, attorneys, and the public.
  • Open and close civil and criminal cases; perform finance duties, process mail, assist with intake operations, and archive records.
