Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma and six years of secretarial or staff experience, one year in a senior secretary or comparable position preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university may substitute for the recommended experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to type accurate correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Type correspondence, detailed reports, charts, and memoranda using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system and data entry for records and reports.
  • Prepare travel arrangements, schedule meetings, trainings, and conferences; compile materials for supervisor presentations.
  • Input data in the Drug Court Case Management System (DCCM) and generate reports.
  • Assist with research to collect data and organize information from jail for court use.
